Jolyn holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Physiotherapy from the Trinity College of Dublin.
She is an AHPC registered physiotherapist with more than 7 years of experience working in hospitals and with the community including inpatient, outpatient and home therapy.
She specializes in cancer rehabilitation, lymphedema management, geriatric rehabilitation, post operative recovery and stroke rehabilitation.
She is a certified oncology rehabilitation therapist (PORi) and breast cancer rehabilitation specialist (Klose). She has special interest in empowering and supporting cancer survivors to lead confident and balanced lives by overcoming debilitating effects of cancer treatment and contributing back to their roles in society. She is also trained in the area of palliative care and believes in supporting people to live well before leaving. She was awarded the Healthcare Humanity Award in 2019 for her dedication to serve the sick and infirmed.
